Do you deliver, install, and teardown the staging?
Absolutely. If your team needs it, we can provide professional delivery, setup, and teardown services to make certain your staging is installed safely and efficiently according to your event schedule. Our Las Vegas warehouse and team coordinate logistics so you can focus on the rest of your event.
What is the lead time for booking staging rentals?
Lead times vary based on event size, date demand, and inventory... peak seasons like conventions and festivals may require earlier booking. We recommend reaching out with details as soon as possible so we can reserve the appropriate staging, accessories, and crew support.
Are stages suitable for both indoor and outdoor events?
Yes, our staging systems are designed for both indoor venues (conference centers, ballrooms, theaters) and outdoor settings (festivals, concerts, community events). Outdoor setups may also include weather-resistant finishes and rigging options where appropriate.
How do you handle safety and accessibility requirements?
Safety is a priority. All of our staging is modular and inter-connectable and comes with available add-on safety features like guardrails, secure stairs and ramps, and even ADA-compliant access ramps if needed.
