Custom Centerpiece Stage
At Dell Technologies World, Halls A, B, and C of The Venetian Expo transformed into a large-scale tech conference environment designed around presentations, product showcases, executive engagement, and live content production. Smartstage supported the event with custom-built stages, elevated broadcast platforms, vehicle display systems, and multiple presentation environments.
Unlike traditional staging systems, the primary presentation environment was designed with a more architectural appearance. The curved stair systems were integrated directly into the circular platform without visible railings, creating a clean and uninterrupted visual profile around the perimeter. The finished wood-grain surface closely matched the original design specifications, helping deliver a polished presentation environment that aligned with Dell's branding.
Smartstage also supported a dedicated broadcast center used for interviews, content creation, and live event coverage. The platform measured approximately 20ft x 20ft and stood 4ft high, creating a professional production environment within the exhibit space. Rather than traditional guardrails, the structure incorporated plexiglass barriers that maintained safety while preserving clear sightlines for cameras and attendees. Furnished interview areas and active production equipment helped transform the platform into a working content studio.
Vehicle Showcase Displays
Dell also incorporated specialty display environments throughout the conference, including a dedicated platform supporting a McLaren sports car. The custom stage measured approximately 16ft x 8ft, 7in and incorporated vehicle support systems designed specifically for the display requirements. Additional staging environments were integrated throughout the venue to support product showcases, presentations, and attendee engagement. These installations helped create visual variety while maintaining consistency across the overall event footprint.
Satellite
Presentation Stages
Beyond the primary environments, Smartstage delivered multiple satellite stages positioned throughout the conference space. These presentation platforms measured approximately 8ft x 12ft and stood 7in high, providing flexible environments for breakout sessions, product demonstrations, and scheduled presentations. Custom neoprene skirting helped create a clean and finished appearance while maintaining visual consistency across the various presentation environments distributed throughout the venue.
